KEIKO is a japanese chocolate business that uses quality sourced ingredients and flavors native to Japan. The name KEIKO derived from the japanese emperor who was the first to release carp (then bred to koi) into his pond in 74AD. Taking design inspiration from the koi fish. Made sure that the logo was simple and complimented the suttle koi design elements.

I was able to work with a close friend, in re-creating the brand identity for his family construction business. I was able to create visually appealing business cards, merchandise, posters, and logo. I made sure to work until my client was satisfied with the results, having gone through many concepts and iterations for the branding.

HANDMADE BY HINATA is a japanese cook book made for at-home cooking. The cook book is accented with a marble texture to give the book a dark and luxurious image. The name is in reference of a character in my favorite anime, Naruto. The logo refers to the Hyuga Clan’s chakra point fighting style in the anime.

SUMI IRO is an upscale japanese sushi restaurant that uses traditional techniques with modern decor. All ingredients are fresh and all the fish is caught fresh every morning. Traditional japanese appetizers are also served with cocktails infused with japanese ingredients.
